In the heart of our Bodyshop department, our Bodyshop Administrators are committed to delivering outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers. As a Bodyshop Administrator, you’ll be the key link between customers, insurance companies, and our repair team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service throughout the repair process.

What you’ll do day to day
- Plan and monitor the workflow of body repair staff to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters to settle claims quickly and fairly
- Review and validate repair estimates, providing technical advice where needed
- Order and manage parts and supplies required for repairs
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction
- Promote additional services and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business Maintain accurate customer records and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Invoicing retail and insurance repairs
- Updating Bodyshop management system

Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work to deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or administration within automotive or similar industry
Skilled at problem-solving and handling queries professionally
Must hold a valid UK driving licence
