In this high profile role as Executive Assistant you will supporting the organisations Executive Directors providing exceptional, confidential support. You will have previous experience supporting Executive Directors with excellent communication and organisational skills.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Organise and manage travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries, travel logistics and ensuring ongoing logistical requirements for the Executive Directors.
  • Carry out meeting preparation, being thoroughly prepared as required for upcoming meetings with all necessary documentation provided well in advance.
  • Coordinate meetings, taking minutes at meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
  • Manage communication channels including email management, screening messages as required, and proactively alert the Executive Directors of important issues as they arise.
  • Assist and liaise with key stakeholders providing information when appropriate and escalating complex matters to the Executive Directors
  • Manage expenses and process invoices for payment on a regular basis and provide support with diary management for both Executive Directors, coordinating internal and external meetings efficiently.
  • Organizing key events such as stakeholder visits which includes OEM’s.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
