Overview

What you will be doing?

As a Finance Administrator (F&I) you will be employed to support the Business/Transaction Managers and the Sales department F&I function in all finance administration and in accordance with Company and franchise policies.

In addition you may be called upon to give Administration support to the Corporate Sales functions as the business needs dictate Key tasks include…

Assist in checking finance documents and paying out completed deals.

Prepare vehicle files and ensure that they are complete for invoicing.

Regular check up on cars that will be available for delivery in the month.

Creating finance examples for showroom cars.

Maintaining and compiling customer document packs.

Assist in the month end closing off procedures.

Ensure all documentation, quotes, proposals etc are completed and processed accurately.

Confirm any financial settlement on all vehicles taken in part exchange and arrange settlement on completion.

Keep fully up to date with product knowledge of finance products available.

Maintain product knowledge through attendance at sales meetings and interaction with other functions within the centre.

Ensure all queries are handled promptly and accurately.
