Fleet Development Manager

If you are hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communications skills and are passionate about building teams which are focused on ensuring every customer has a great experience, then we would like to talk to you about our Fleet Development Manager position.

Reporting to the Group Fleet Manager, you will;

  • Lead the LBDM team to increase our B2B sales across the Volkswagen Group Brands by ensuring relevant sales team KPI’s are achieved; and support, develop and coach where necessary.
  • Drive pro-active prospecting to identify all potential customers and maintain effective control of the DMS to maintain regular and professional contact.
  • Build and maintain your own portfolio of Key End User accounts in the supply of VWG brand vehicles.
  • Support the LBDM’s in working with the marketing teams to ensure our customer facing offering is up to date and relevant, and marketing campaigns can be generated.
  • To manage the enquiry flow and achieve the relevant brand requirements in contact quality and response
  • Support the Group Fleet Manager and relevant Heads of Business with both financial and registration forecasting

Whilst Audi or VWG experience will be a benefit, attitude and character are more important to us. We will want to see that you have strong leadership abilities and deeply care about customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
