Franchise Director – Audi Division (role based within our Audi Network of dealerships)

This role reporting to our UK Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of our network of Audi franchise dealerships. Mobility across the United Kingdom is essential for this role.
Along with experience managing within a multi-site environment you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for our Audi division, maintaining compliance with brand standards, optimising sales and profitability, building strong relationships with our OEM partners, and ensuring Group 1 remains a trusted partner of choice.

What you’ll do day to day
Responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of our network of Audi franchise dealerships across the United Kingdom
Develop the business strategy and appropriate business plans in line with OEM expectations and strategy plans to drive growth, market share, and profitability across the franchise network.
Set dealership targets that will deliver on all bonus objectives, through natural attainment, as set by the OEM and accountable for the overall performance of the division.
Develop and manage the franchise budget, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Work with all franchise dealerships to ensure they are operationally and culturally focused on achieving high levels of customer experience across OEM scores, Google and online reviews, complaint resolution and customer response upon escalation.
Create an empowered leadership culture that motivates and leads all colleagues to high performance and to the achievement of core business objectives.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the franchise network, ensuring consistency and compliance with OEM standards and legal requirements.
Ensure that all businesses have robust procedures which conform to FCA requirements.

Extensive automotive retail experience driving sales and profitability while delivering outstanding customer service
Previous experience of working within the automotive industry in a multi-site environment in a strategic management role
In depth knowledge of relevant FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to build strong relationships with our OEM partners
