Head of Aftersales – Jaguar Land Rover Chester

Reporting to the Head of Business  you will be responsible for the growth and development of the Aftersales operation at JLR Chester. You will have previous extensive experience in Aftersales with excellent communication and organisational skills with strong leadership skills and evidence of delivering outstanding customer service.

What you’ll do day to day 

  • Manage the aftersales teams including parts, vehicle technicians and service advisors
  • Coach and motivate the teams
  • Monitor performances against agreed targets and budgets
  • Analyse areas of performance and weakness & provide guidance

Helpful skills and qualifications 

  • Previous experience of working within the automotive industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade
  • Able to influence, motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Maintain methodical and logical approach to varying workloads
  • Will be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
