What you’ll do day to day
- Respond to user administration requests via our IT management system in a timely and accurate manner
- Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, email systems, and enterprise applications
- Assign appropriate access rights and permissions based on job role and department
- Process changes for role updates, department transfers, and location moves
- Disable or remove accounts promptly for leavers, ensuring secure data handling
- Maintain accurate documentation for auditing and compliance
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding
- Provide guidance on access policies and procedures to internal stakeholders

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to explain processes clearly to non-technical staff
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
- Understanding of IT user management processes
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, or O365 is highly beneficial
- Adaptability to changing technologies and processes
- Confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive data
