Learning & Development Co-ordinator - Maternity Cover (12 Months) - Milton Keynes, Head Office

What you’ll do day to day
Manage the logistics and co-ordination for in-house learning programmes and events, including scheduling facilitators, booking venues, arranging accommodation, and issuing delegate joining instructions.
Provide day-to-day support for learning and development queries, escalating within the team where necessary.
Lead on administration and collaborate with our Digital Learning Specialist to continuously improve our learning management system.
Support the promotion of internal learning interventions through tools such as the company intranet.
Produce and distribute regular learning and development reports.
Work with the wider L&D team and key stakeholders on ad-hoc learning and development projects.
Helpful skills and qualifications

Strong organisational and co-ordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Confident in using IT systems and digital learning tools.
A detail-oriented approach with the ability to produce accurate reports.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently
