MINI Business Manager
Overview
Our Bedford MNI Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.
If you are hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communications skills and are passionate about customer service, then we would like to talk to you about our Business Manager position.
What you will be doing?
Selling financial and insurance products to the centre’s customers - penetration rate monitored weekly.
Encouraging a high referral rate from the Sales Executives.
Marketing financial products, including POS and site presentation.
Maintaining a high level of finance product knowledge.
Focusing on a high retention which will be monitored daily.
Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
What we are looking for?
You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the key success drivers essential to deliver consistently strong results in terms of business growth, net profit and cost control, together with high levels of customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of FCA regulations around F&I.
Proven customer service and communication skills.
Show the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Show the ability to work well in a team.
