Procurement Administrator (Hybrid Working) **– Milton Keynes Head Office

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: £26k - £30k depending on experience

We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and efficient delivery of procurement activities.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Provide support to the Head of Procurement and Category Managers

  • Assist with queries from stores, support functions and suppliers

  • Manage the procurement mailbox and ensure queries are actioned in a timely manner

  • Process new supplier requests and carry out the required due diligence

  • Maintain accurate and up to date supplier records

  • Keep the procurement intranet page up to date with the latest information and group supplier list.

  • Strong attention to detail and experience working in an administrative role, ideally within a procurement team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
