Procurement Administrator (Hybrid Working) **– Milton Keynes Head Office
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £26k - £30k depending on experience

We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and efficient delivery of procurement activities.

What you’ll do day to day
Provide support to the Head of Procurement and Category Managers
Assist with queries from stores, support functions and suppliers
Manage the procurement mailbox and ensure queries are actioned in a timely manner
Process new supplier requests and carry out the required due diligence
Maintain accurate and up to date supplier records
Keep the procurement intranet page up to date with the latest information and group supplier list.
Helpful skills and qualifications

Strong attention to detail and experience working in an administrative role, ideally within a procurement team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
