As a Broker Sales person you will proactively and professionally, manage and grow broker sales opportunities and profitability through excellent customer service.

What you’ll do day to day
- Providing competitive quotations for Contract Hire and other vehicle funding products
- Ensure all compliance processes are understood and followed
- Deliver an incredible level of customer experience to our broker partners
- Provide accurate up to date information and ensure customer records are maintained in line with Company and manufacturer standards
- Ensure service level agreements are adhered to at all times
- Proactively promote specific vehicles and campaigns as directed by the Head of Fleet
- Understand vehicle and deal offer for brands you are responsible for
- Utilise and be competent using all funder platforms as directed by Head of Fleet
- Proactively manage a renewal process for existing customers to maximise retention
Helpful skills and qualifications

- Sales experience preferably in the automotive sector
- Experience of using multiple I.T systems
- Experience if interacting with internal/external customers and delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organised, great attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight time schedules.
