CRM Manager - Milton Keynes, Head Office
Hybrid - 2 days - Milton Keynes, 2 days - On Site, 1 day - WFH

Working as a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for lead management, data integrity, and driving customer engagement across our retail network. This role partners with Retail Centres, Marketing, and IT to deliver industry-leading customer journeys, improve conversion rates, and maintain GDPR and PECR compliance.

What you’ll do day to day
Extract, analyse, and manage data uploads for marketing campaigns.
Provide insights into lead and enquiry management, working with site teams to improve conversion.
Support retailers with reputation management, identifying opportunities to enhance performance.
Ensure CRM database hygiene, auditing for accuracy and quality improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to develop customer journey programmes and retention strategies.
Helpful skills and qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using Keyloop Drive DMS and Dealerweb LMS (desirable, not essential).
Strong understanding of GDPR, PECR, and data handling best practice.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
