As a Service Administrator you are the main point of contact for all customer communication while the vehicle is undergoing maintenance and repair in our Retail Centre.

What you’ll do day to day 

  • Complete all administration paperwork relating to vehicle sales and purchases accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of stock and customer databases.
  • Register sold vehicles in line with regulated standards and industry requirements.
  • Produce and provide statistical reports and departmental information to the management team and vehicle manufacturers.
  • Liaise regularly with the sales team to support efficient workflows and ensure the department operates smoothly.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge, attending and engaging in manufacturer-led training where required.
  • Ensure good housekeeping standards, keeping all administrative records organised, compliant, and easily accessible.
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors, ensuring all documentation meets audit and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvements in administrative processes and customer experience.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident in using databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines accurately.

  • Strong numerical skills and confidence handling statistics and reports.

  • Good problem‑solving skills with a proactive and methodical approach.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, management, manufacturers, and auditors.

  • Full UK Driving Licence
