Working as an FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in shaping financial planning and analysis across Group 1 UK, supporting senior leadership with budgets, forecasts, and actionable insights that drive performance. This is a highly collaborative role where you will lead critical FP&A cycles and deliver financial analysis that informs strategic decision-making.

What you’ll do day to day
Lead annual budget cycles, monthly forecasts, and longer-term financial projections in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Own the FP&A calendar, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting.
Prepare high-quality financial presentations and reports that clearly explain performance, variances, and key trends.
Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis on business performance and market trends, providing actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and support financial system enhancements.
Helpful skills and qualifications

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with proven FP&A and business partnering experience.
Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models and dashboards.
Knowledge of BI and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Collaborative and proactive approach to improving processes.
Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential.
