In the heart of our Motorrad aftersales team, our Senior Service Advisors are dedicated to delivering outstanding, trusted experiences for every rider who walks through our doors. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers while their motorcycle is undergoing maintenance or repair — ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standards and passion behind Motorrad.

What you’ll do day to day
- Warmly welcome riders and engage with them in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner
- Keep customers updated throughout their motorcycle’s service journey, ensuring clarity, transparency, and trust
- Build and maintain excellent product and technical knowledge across the BMW Motorrad range, supported by manufacturer training
- Proactively promote additional maintenance, accessories, and repairs based on Technician recommendations, helping riders keep their motorcycles at peak performance
- Efficiently schedule workshop appointments, balancing rider needs with workshop capacity
- Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings, answer questions, and ensure the motorcycle is ready for its visit
- Maintain accurate customer and motorcycle service records within our systems for seamless aftersales management
- Support the aftersales team by leading best practices and helping newer colleagues where needed
- Ensure a premium-level customer experience that aligns with the BMW Motorrad brand
Helpful skills and qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with riders and colleagues
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in a motorcycle or automotive environment
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate work or accessories
- Effective time management and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Experience working in a target‑driven role and achieving performance goals
- A valid UK motorcycle licence (A licence) is highly desirable
- A full UK driving licence is required
