Personal Assistant – Milton Keynes

As a Personal Assistant you will be supporting Directors of the Senior Leadership Team and will play a key part of the organisation. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

In this vital role supporting the Senior Leader Team you will be flexible around the needs of the team and adaptable to a fast moving environment.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Support Senior Leadership Team with diary management and thorough organisation & preparation of meetings, calls and events which can also include working around many different time zones.
  • Logistical skills to arrange and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, detailed on-location agendas and entertainments.
  • Preparing clear presentations and reports as required within set deadlines
  • Assist Senior Leadership Team members submitting reports/presentations to deadlines.
  • Actively managing the directors’ e-mails, delegating and actioning tasks where appropriate, and keeping the directors informed of any issues occurring while absent.
  • Arranging and managing logistics of events or face to face meetings as required
  • Managing communications with external stakeholders including senior OEM (manufacturers) and Third Party Provider contacts.

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership Directors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
