Reward Administration Associate (Hybrid) - Head Office, Milton Keynes

Salary: £35,000

Hybrid: 3 days a week.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of compensation and benefits package. Collate data for submission in annual salary survey submissions.
  • Annual Cyclical Reward Processes: Analyse compensation data to inform pay structure decisions and salary reviews. Assist in the annual pay review process and provide analytical support for compensation planning.
  • Incentive Programs: Support the design and implementation of incentive programs, including bonuses and commission structure.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with reward strategies.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on reward analytics, highlighting trends and recommendations for improvement.
  • Employee Engagement: Partner with the broader People team and management to communicate reward strategies simply and effectively to ensure employees understand the value of their total rewards.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Mindful and diligent data sensitivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support employees at all levels.
