Working here as a Sales Support Specialist you will be a key part of the team, making sure vehicles are presented to the highest standard both online and on-site, supporting smooth customer handovers, and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Working closely with the Aftersales Manager and wider Team to support the presentation of Vehicle Stock on the forecourt and also online
  • Assist with the preparation of Customers Vehicles at Hand Over
  • Prepare all photos of stock for representation online 
  • Liaise with valeting team to ensure all stock is presented correctly 
  • Collection and delivery of vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring collection and / or completion of all paperwork as required
  • Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.
  • Maintain systems and procedures in line with department operating standards and utilise them appropriately
  • Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to work
  • To control the movement and security of all vehicles on site
  • To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles
