Apprentice Aftersales Advisor - Lexus Leicester

What you’ll do day to day
- Provide a warm, premium welcome to all customers visiting the dealership
- Support with service bookings, enquiries, and customer updates throughout their visit
- Learn to advise on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair needs
- Prepare invoices, warranty documentation, and general administrative paperwork
- Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure accurate communication and smooth workflow
- Assist with parts enquiries from both customers and technicians
- Support parts ordering, stock control, and maintaining showroom parts displays
- Learn to identify and supply the correct parts quickly and accurately using manufacturer systems and catalogues
- Help customers understand Lexus technology, including infotainment, safety systems, hybrid features, and connected services
- Demonstrate key vehicle features during handovers and service appointments
- Help troubleshoot basic technical queries and guide customers through digital tools such as multimedia systems and the Lexus Link app
- Stay up to date with new Lexus products, technology updates, and brand innovations
- Support the sales and service teams as the dealership’s go‑to person for product and technology knowledge

- Interested in automotive technology and keen to learn how things work
- A clear, effective communicator who can explain information simply and helpfully
- Well‑organised with strong attention to detail
- Motivated to develop across multiple areas of Aftersales, including Service, Parts, and Technology
- Able to meet the entry requirements for an automotive apprenticeship programme (typically GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths) .
